Pricing

When you realise that your website has outgrown what you can do with it yourself, and it’s time to get serious, you probably ask yourself: “How much?”

The answer is often less than you think.

Pricing

Each plan is set up to suit your and your website’s specific needs. Most clients spend between €50 and €400 per month, depending on site complexity and the level of support required.

Regular maintenance is included in all plans. If you’d like help with non-regular tasks such as content updates, customer support, etc., that is also possible.

If you want a bare minimum price or no plan at all, we can opt for that as well. You can always buy extra hours should you get stuck.

I use a sliding hourly rate to keep things fair. After the initial consultation, all projects start at €120/hour. The longer we work together, the more hours you will accumulate, and your rate drops all the way down to €50/hour.

If you prefer to do much of the work yourself, you have the opportunity to buy hours as credits in advance. I invoice them in batches of 3 hours (10% discount) or 5 hours (15% discount). Purchased hours do not expire and can be used at any time. I keep track of your remaining credit and provide an update with each invoice.

My invoices are VAT exempt thanks to the Italian tax system.

Rocket.net is currently one of the leading WordPress-specific hosting providers on the market. That’s why I rely on it for both my own and my clients projects.
Rocket is fully integrated with Cloudflare, which means extremely high performance and very good basic security features, otherwise reserved for enterprises because of the costs. Now you can have all that on your own site!

Licences can be expensive – developer licences even more so.

I have a collection of developer licences in my toolbox that I built up over the years. These tools work, and I trust the teams behind them – occasionally even work together with them to make improvements.

This toolkit is a fantastic resource that benefits my clients.

Transactional emails are the messages sent by your website—like contact form notifications, reminders, and admin alerts. They are crucial for functionality and reputation but unfortunately often not taken seriously enough. I typically set up my clients with Smtp2Go for transactional emails.

Off site backup is the digital equivalent of “Don’t put all eggs in the same basket”—a necessary insurance against disaster.

Reliable stack — I only use trusted third-party solutions. When they are too generic for a feature you need, I custom design a function/plugin specifically for you.

I recently modernised their application process by transitioning from a fully manual system to a semi-automated online platform — with integrated AI to handle much of the routine work. Staff now have a full overview of each application’s progress, along with built-in tools for collaboration and follow-up.

Maudiebrady Art
